Baby News: Our Non-stop Toddler !

Kaitlyn is now a toddler and is a non-stop girl. Whether she is playing, jibbering, climbing, or giggling, she keeps us laughing and on our toes. She just started gymnastics and is ready for summer. Our favorite activity is going to the zoo. She loves animals and is saying something new almost daily. She is such a blessing from God and we give thanks everyday for her.

Travel News: Rocky Mountain National Park

At long last, we returned to nature for our first vacation since Kaitlyn was born. Traveling with a baby can be a challenge, but we discovered that babies love nature hikes (at least ours did!). For our first trip back out in the world, we chose Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. We made our trip at the end of the summer (Labor Day 2007), and found perfect weather the entire time we were there. Click here to visit pictures and details of this latest trip.

Change the World: Go Green!

As avid travelers and nature photographers, we are passionate about this world that God has given us. As new parents, we are also passionate about making the world safe for our daughter. That is why our family has made small steps to go green, and we invite you to join us.
For one, we purchased reusable shopping bags at www.reusablebags.com. We also replaced our lightbulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs, took advantage of our city's recyling program, and we started washing our clothes on the cold cycle.
